More Images from Epstein's Property Released by Democratic US Lawmakers

Development layouts for the financier's personal Caribbean island featured within the images.

Also featured in this recent image release is shown to be a site plan for the Great St James island, found in the US Virgin Islands.

Epstein purchased a more modest island - the Little St James - back in the late 1990s, but acquired the larger Great St James in the year 2016 for a sum of $22.5 million.

The released images reveal he had drawn up ambitious plans to transform the sprawling island by building homes, an performance venue, an underwater office and a swimming pool.

Visible on the blueprint is a local waterway, a marine passage in the territory, noted on the lower right-hand corner.

The architectural drawing is annotated in red pen markings and contains a notes section labelling different parts of the land.

Accompanying this are what seem to be an additional nine property layouts and engineering blueprints, featuring layouts for dock shelters.

Further materials made public as part of the continuing oversight process.
