This incident caused the partial closure of the CTA tunnel and the T3 parking area.

Two more people are now in custody in connection with a robbery at Heathrow Airport in which 21 people sustained injuries by a substance believed to be pepper spray, according to police.

A 24-year-old man, was arrested in the Lambeth area on suspicion of theft and assault and a 23-year-old woman was arrested for suspected conspiring to commit a robbery. They both are still being held, authorities confirmed.

These detentions come after an investigation into an attack at the multi-level parking garage at Terminal 3 on Sunday. Prior to the attack, two women were robbed of their suitcases after getting out of a car park lift.

A toddler aged three was one of the injured in the event. Five people went to hospital for medical care and were later released.

Police arrested a man in his thirties for suspected robbery and assault close to the scene. He has since been released under investigation while inquiries continue.

Authorities were called at about 08:10 GMT after reports came in regarding several individuals hurt by an irritating chemical thought to be pepper spray.

The assault - which authorities stated was isolated and not considered an act of terror - caused delays to rail services and the partial closure of the main airport tunnel and the T3 car park for a short time.
